Trident Insurance will extend comprehensive cover to executive staff, benefiting a total of 1,638 employees. The cover includes medical expenses for various illnesses and injuries, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient services. Specific limits for different job groups ensure equitable access to healthcare for all staff members and their dependents.

In addition to medical cover, the scheme includes maternity benefits, optical, and dental care provisions. Fingerprints of beneficiaries will be obtained during initial hospital visits to streamline service delivery. This initiative reflects Governor Abdi Ibrahim’s commitment to fulfilling promises to staff members and their families, alleviating the burden of health expenses.

The Isiolo County Government’s dedication to staff welfare affirms efforts to boost morale, enhance service delivery, and empower its workforce. By providing access to quality healthcare services, the county aims to foster a healthier and more productive work environment for its employees.
