Kamukuri Bridge Opens,Ending Years of Flood Disruptions In Bulapesa

The Kamukuri Bridge (Box Culvert) in Bulapesa Ward has officially been completed and is now operational, marking a major milestone in the county’s infrastructure development. The bridge provides a vital link between Mwangaza, Kulamawe, Waso Primary and Secondary schools, Milimani, and Kambi Juu.

The new bridge enhances safety and security for pedestrians, motorists, and livestock, which is crucial for a progressive society. Previously, floods and storm waters swept away people, motorcycles, and bicycles, forcing pupils to miss school and disrupting local businesses. With the bridge now in use, those challenges have been eliminated, ensuring uninterrupted learning and trade.
